Hello out there!

First of all I must say, GREAT SITE! I wish I would have thought of it. ;) I'm already addicted.

Anyway, I had a small idea. On the stats page, how about adding a little bracket next to the "In Progress" field that shows how many games of each color you have going. I want to always have an even number of games as black and white and right now, I have to count on the "My Games" page.

Also, the game board interface is still a bit clunky. I find that I have to click around a lot to move a piece as sometimes my clicks don't register. More piece shapes and board colors would be nice too. But from what I've read, these features have already been requested so I won't belabor the point. Some good examples of interfaces are on ICC and playchess but I'm sure most readers out there are already aware of these.

This is a great site and love the clean simple interface. I've seen many correspondence chess websites and this one is by far the best. I hope it continues to take off! :D

Ironically, adding such stats may add clutter, destroying the "clean simple interface" you love. Otherwise, it's a good suggestion.

Eh...I don't understand this post at all. I really don't see how adding an extra set of brackets (exactly as in the above lines) destroys the interface. heh that's rediculous. I'm not calling for a complete redesign of this site. ? Oh well, I guess people always have something to say. ;-)

To keep the "clean simple interface" and have the more detailed information, you could just have two or three separate pages - one with basic information and then your detailed info in the others. It would be the best of both worlds.

Or let us choose (in our preferences) whether we want the "clean and simple" interface or the "cluttered with lots of information" interface.
