Can we add this option? This will help promote this website as well since it is free and this will encourage chess organizations to join the best chess website for free...

First of all, I'll be more than happy to create tournament by request.
If players can create their own tournaments, how do you want players to join a user created tournament? Should anyone be allowed to join? By rating? By invitation?

here are the options if possible.
- a player can set-up a tournament by either making it an open tournment OR by invitation.
- having a rating limitation will be great too.
What do you think?

i'm very much agreed,through sending invitations,,,in order to select the participants in which you think he/she shall be a valuable opponent,say for example your previous opponenthaving a great games something to treasured.What do you think sir Miguel was it possible?

I sent a pvt to miguel talking about that. I think that is the major feature that QA still need.

I agree. That's the most important feature I miss on QA. I think we don't need anything too complex. Just let the users start their own turnaments and choose the rating limits, number of players and duration (moves/day). Miguel, are you afraid of having tons of pending tournaments waiting for players do join? Just build an auto-delete feature that kills all tournaments not started in a predefined amount of time. Sorry, it's easier to say than implement.
