Topic: Delete games instead of win on exhausted time

I take it this only applies to challenges and not to tournament games. Ok, it might be my choice not to acquire points and perhaps progress to a later round, but the whole thing might have a 'knock on' effect on tiebreaks etc.

I was only thinking of round robins; what about Swiss tournaments? I suppose it is the equivalent of a double-default in OTB chess. Manageable, but unfortunate.

It could be a stick of dynamite, unless only the one who has the option to claim the game has the option to delete it.
