In tournament AUTO-OPEN-452 we are waiting for one game to continue the second round. The issue is that the result of that game not will affect the second round and i think the show must go on!!
My modest proposition in C# is:
When every game finish in a group check if exist one player to draw or win to the best points(total result) of the group. Now you know if one group is prepared to go to the next round. Obviously the tournament will go to next round if all group are prepared.The another games will continue but not stop the most important games.
public bool GoToNextRound() { int M = maximum(or better) partially result int n = number of players int[] p = partially points of players int[] r = remaining games of players int draw = 1 int win = 2
for (int i=0;i<n;i++) if ((M >= p + draw) && (M <= p + r*win)) return false;
return true; }
Sorry by write the code but I only want to save your time and provide my insignificant help.
I hope it may be useful for all.

I send to you my proposition to enable automatic the next round in a tournament in general but you don't comment me nothing. Was it a crazy idea?
Regards,
Marcel

I think it's a very good idea but we've already had a thread discussing the matter.

I should suggest to give time to Miguel to study this very good idea, imho.
Thanks. Manuel
