Is it not possible to Dance with a Ball in a Room without a woman, as Yunta suggested?

I don't know about a ball in a room to dance without a woman but what I know is that a ballroom dancing is a dance at the dancing floor with a woman. Like a ChaCha, Tango, Salsa, Samba, Salsa with the combination of Samba, Merengue, Slow Drag, Waltz, Rumba, Jive (Boogie) and more etc...
Do you dance these dances I mentioned above?
