Yeah, but he had to pretend to be a non-republican under the republican ticket to get votes and when he got into office he actually turned out to be a typical republican! Nontheless NY is a great place to go, alot of people go there just to shop though which is stupid.

To retire, Hawaii is a nice place. All year round one can go outside even going to church wearing chinelas, shorts and a T-shirt.
And there are lots of Pinoys in Hawaii.

Kirkland, When it comes to retirement, I agree with you that Hawaii is one of the best place to live. Another place is I think our own country the Philippines. The only thing I can not retire in the Philippines is the Medical facilities and I told that to razoman, our kababayan but in general and in my opinion, New York City is still the greatest city in the world. I don't know where you worked here or If you have been to New York. If not try to come here to see how nice and great New York is. Ang buwesit lang dito ay ang winter. Masyadong malamig but that is why there is a four season here. There are also lots of Pinoys here in New York City. Mabuhay kabayan.
