I find myself repeatedly reading the same old messages whenever I see the little "see message log" balloon. It would be nice if I could tell at a glance if there was a NEW message to read. Perhaps the balloon could flash or change color or some such.

But if there is anything new you will see it in the board page itself, you don't have to open the log for that. Am I missing something here?

What about putting the newest message on top of the log?
At the moment you have to scroll down till you can see the new message (and the first is on top).

That's easy to do, but don't you think it will make it harder to follow the conversation? Maybe if the window opens scrolled all the way to the bottom is better?
