Welcome everybody to the fist Natinal Team Championship.
I hope it will be a good tournament with good sports and lots of fun.
I wish all players and captains all the best for their team.
I like to thank Queen Alice, Miguel, for having this facility,s to organize an event like this.
Specialy Miguel, for the time he spend with brainstorming with me about the set-up, after the tournament grew bigger then I thought.
And for his promise, to help me out in case of emergency, which only the server can do.

I like to thank Pacou93 who was the one, bringing the subject of team-play to the forums, who gave me this idea. I suggest we shoul call the virtual cup for the winners, not "Coupe Jules Rimet", but "Coupe Pacou"
And finally I like to thank all competators, their coaches and supporters for their enthousiasm.
I feel sorry for those who can,t compete because their teams didn,t get complete, and for the other 83 players because their teams became overcomplete.
But specialy I need to mention MiloKrokodil43 from Bulgaria and Antonius from Russia, who tried so hard to fix their teams. Even more dissapointed by my promise to play for Team Europe...I promise I did not keep...I apologize.

REGULATIONS AND SET-UP ROUND 1 - ROUND 5
*7 day/move
*24 Teams devided in 2 Groups of 12
*Nr.of the Teams corresponce with the total rating of the 3 players
*Group 1: NR.1,4,5,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,24
PLAY. BOARD 1, DIVISION A
BOARD 2, DIVISION C
BOARD 3, DIVISION E
*Group 2: 2,3,6,7,10,11,14,14,18,19,22,23
PLAY: BOARD 1, DIVISION B
BOARD 2, DIVISION D
BOARD 3, DIVISION F
*5 Round Swiss System
*Parings automaticly done by the QA server
*The scores of the 3 players from each team counted together for the classification.
*From both Groups the four go to the Final
Note:no nr.5 of a Group although that team scored more point then Nr.4 from the other Group.
*In case of the same score counts the next criterium:
1.Score between the teams in Question.
2.The team with the lowest difference in rating, of all 15 games, with the opponents they played against, goes to the next round

Timelimit for the players to confirm is:
FRIDAY 16 NOVEMBER 12am. GMT
In case of doubt, a player can be substituted by his/her Captain, or a complete team can de replaced by me, before this time-limit.
If this happens, the time-limit to confirm for the new player will be renewed untill.
THUESDAY 20 NOVEMBER 12am GMT
Players who did not confirm then, will be deleted, and the tournament starts without them.

Everthing the same as mentioned above.
Final result: Score over aal 8 rounds
PLAYERS CAN ONLY BE REPLACED FOR THIS SECOND STAGE:
A.If a player went time-out in the first stage
(this player can,t compete in the final stage!)
B.In special curcomstances.
C.A player can not be replaced by another with more then 100p.rating.
