Aha ... More moves??

Before we get too far, can I just explain that I reckon White was pondering 7. Bg5 e6 8. f4 where Black has the options of 8 ...d6, 8 ... h6 and 8 ... Bb4.

Also 7. g4 which is probably why this line is not seen at master level. I suspect that
7 ... h6 8 f4 e6 9. e5 Nd5 10. Ne4 (as opposed to accepting the pawn sac) is better for White, although 10 ... Be7 11. c4 Bh4+ is quite 'mad'!
