This thread continues from Kloosterveen's consultation matches. I suggest we start again from the following interesting position, but with the new proviso that nobody can make two consecutive [half] moves, but you can swap colours at any time. So hopefully we can just learn something about this interesting opening and the game will be sped up as well.
