I find the pink highlighting somewhat confusing in certain cases. In particular, the dark-square bishop was looking more like a light-square bishop - threw me off a bit. Maybe some other way of highlighting the last move could be found? Sorry I don't have an immediate suggestion for improvement. Maybe someone knows of a better set of colours? I'm just using the default.

I have no problem changing the colors, or even making a few color sets available, in the same way you can choose your board colors. I will play with the colors to come up with some combinations, feel free to suggest colors if you have some that you like.

I should also mention that you can turn off the highlighting of the last move completely in the Board Style page.

Miguel,

Thanks, yes I have turned off the last move highlighting for now.

I agree. That's why I turned the highlighting off altogether. The moves are displayed at the bottom of the page
