In the recent days there were quite a couple of defeats and I must agree, when people say that my game is in a state of stagnation. I can't develop on and I'm turning into a spiral of bad moves and a certain anxiety.
Had you ways to improve your game ?
Internet platforms, books, DVDs, whatever ?

You make a lot of tactical mistakes. Practising tactics will improve your game a great deal so kloosterveen's suggestion of doing the exercises at chess.emrald.net seems like a good idea to me!
