I know that there exist an tag in the pgn-standard that allow to name the opening. For example: [ECO "B21"] [Opening "Sicilian Defence"] or similar
Is it possible to add this also? I think it is better for most of the players, to see that they played the Sicilian instead of B21. What do you think ?

Encyclopdia of Chess Openings = ECO. Chess Informat, published in Yugoslavia, not only publishes Chess Informat 3 times a year with all high level master games during the period covered, but also publishes the Encyclopdia of Chess Openings. Their 5 volume set is the defacto standard for opening play. You can check out their site at: http://www.sahovski.com/products/eco/index.php
These books can be purchased from various Internet chess resellers or directly from Informat. I'm not sure the books are so necessary these days since places, such as Queen Alice (here), have all the information you might need about a particular opening. However, the codes used to define a particular opening, ECO codes, are widely used so that all of us might have some idea about how the play of a particular game started, as certain codes are associated with particular openings.
Hope I haven't muddyed the waters too much!

Yes, adding the opening name to the PGN header would be greatly appreciated. Most of us would rather read Sicilian Defence than B21 - though I suppose all master players would simply know that B21 is a line of play in the Sicilian Defence.
