It would be nice to have an option to undo a move once you've made it. This isn't a request to allow a player to undo a move once it has been made for the sake of fixing a mistake. I see it as a really good training tool. If both players agree, the last move should be "undone". This functionality would allow a trainer to undo a move and explain to the learner why that was a bad move (or not the best move).

That's the silliest idea I ever heard!

Please understand that I was talking about it in a training capacity. Also, I would think that requiring both players agree to undo a move wouldn't affect those of you who are worried about "cheating", etc.
I realize it may not be a popular suggestion, but it would certainly be helpful to me (and others) who have friends that are better and worse than themselves. The better player can "train" the other player by showing them how/why they moved where they did and/or why their move maybe wasn't the "ideal" move.

Given that QA has the option of playing unrated games, if the software aspects of Burianski's idea could be resolved (and I don't suppose they are that difficult) it would have some merit for these unrated games.
For some people the fun is in the game, for some it's in the competition.

It's a good idea... for unrated games only, I would have thought. If your friendly game is spoiled by a mistake, you ought to be able to change it - as you would any friendly game in reality.

Abandon the unrated game and create a new one starting from the desired position
