Please allow tournament directors to post a new tournment as soon as the prior tournament starts. Allow one TD to direct several tournaments at a time would be good for members wanting more fast tournaments.
Also please allow a TD to message everyone in his tournament. For example, "would you like to play in my next tournament." An option could be created allowing participants to silence announcements from the TD if they wanted too.
