Hi, I use to send warnings to my opponents when their time left is between 4 and 3 days by clicking the yellow envelope and its color turns into grey. When it comes to claim the win the server doesn't identify the grey envelope and asks me to remind my opponent. But a second reminder is impossible!! So the questions are: 1) Why doesn't the server "see" that the envelope is grey? Or... 2) Why can't I send a second reminder? Greetings Peter

I would rather QueenAlice automatically e-mail me when I have less than 24 hours to move in any game.

I would think the addition of a loop that checks for whether you have or have not yet send such a reminder is just more work than it is for us to just ignore it. I don't like that function anyway, I would go with "hildanknight" on that one, but taht's probably a lot of traffic. I just hate it when opponents send me move-reminders with 4 days left ;-)
cheers, jan

Fairly new here. I claimed a game recently where my opponent's time had expired by three days. I did not send him a reminder, but the next day, I sent him an email telling him "it was mate in three moves anyhow", because I felt guilty. But you would think he would have resigned before his time expired.

That was on letsplaychess. The player has a 2310 rating there, so you would think a player of that caliber would have resigned
