I have played a game whose outcome was Bare Kings. My opponent (his Rating being lesser than mine) has repeatedly offered Draw but I refused, expecting that the Server would give its verdict. But ten moves have been made since the bare Kings situation, and the Server has ignored it. ?:-(
My question is, does the server take into account the fifty-move rule? :-P
N.B. The Fifty-Move rule states that if either no capture of piece or pawn movement has occurred during fifty consecutive movements, that game is automatically a draw. :-P

When only two Kings remain, the game is drawn as there is insufficient mating material.

This has nothing to do with the Fifty-move Rule. You should accept the draw or expect to be called a fool (along with the server).

Is your rating for real?

I think the server should automatically declare a draw in that or similar situations (such as king and knight verses king or king and bishop verses king,) where there is no way to win.

However, since it does not presently do that, it would be courteous to immediately accept draws in such situations.

(Of coarse if stalemate counted as a half or 3/4 win, you would use one of the repetitions rules to declare a draw with the knight and king,
since a stalemate could not always be forced, though it could with the king and bishop.)

(Yes, what a coarse suggestion.)

You and your stupid stalemate ideas... dude, you're 1380, you're not gonna write the world over again so soon.

Now I am 1440p. I am still working on improving my game, but even if my rating was over 2000, I know could not do it alone. :-)
