I am writing on behalf of my queenalice buddy mjkelly62 who would like to start playing again. He cannot remember his password (he bought a new computer) and his email address has changed (and the old one is no longer functioning). How can he reclaim his account?

Perhaps you could give Miguel his email address, so he could send him his password. To be on the safe side,
(to make sure someone is not trying to steal someone's account) he might make sure the identity has been
inactive for at least a month before sending the password.
Otherwise, he could just start a new account.
