Allow players to rcv notifications via plain text e-mail w/o HTML attachment. Just a minor thing.

The server sends out the message in both HTML and text formats. The board image is actually not sent as an attachment, the HTML message just references it from the server.
I will add a configuration option in the Email Options page to turn off HTML in messages. Note that you will obtain the same effect by setting your email client to show messages in text format.
