I believe that setting up a set position open game would be greatly assisted by a couple of improvements to the opening browser. These are:-
1. That the opening browser shows the FEN for the position that is set on the board.
2. Pieces on the opening browser can be moved as in a game. i.e. clicking on a piece and then clicking its destination square.
Currently I would go to http://www.chess.com/explorer/
to quickly and easily produce a FEN to offer a set position game open game on this site. I think this seems a bit illogical.
