Not sure anybody suggested it already, but how do you feel about ladders? Either one huge one or perhaps several smaller ones, different in allowed time per move, rating at entry, alphabetically ordered and so on? Great Site, only found it recently, but already addicted to it!!

Good idea! Ladders could be a nice addition after the user organized tournaments that are about to come.
