Doubleaccounts should not be used to push ratings. If doing so, they should be deleted/cancelled, especially when it is so obvious as here:

I will start no new tourneys and games on this site as long as such cheaters are around here without measures against them :(

Player vanbuuren came yesterday to Queen Alice and "played" 9 challenge games against his "opponents" vesslan and vandyk. These opponents didn't move and resigned their games immediately. The rating of this new star vanbuuren rised to 2414. Now he's playing in AUTO-ELITE-324 without a real game before this tournament.
His "friend" vandyk who got his rating the same way is also in this tournament.
I informed Miguel - but nothing happens.

I sent a message to Miguel about these players today as well , he hasn't read it yet though .
The trail is a bit longer .
Vanbuuren > Vandyk > Vesslan > Maicon17bnu
Looks like Vanbuuren & Maicon17bnu are the same person .... or at least have the same name , maicon joao melo
Also might be worth remembering that Miguel runs this site more or less for free .... maybe a bit of patience and understanding about how quickly he reacts would be good
