I am new here and like the site very much.
I have one suggestion:
Provide a list of every player listed by rating (perhaps searchable by name, or country too if possible).
It would be interesting to see where you fall in the overall rating "ladder".
But the main advantage to having a player name list is anyone could challenge anyone to a game, and you could find another player just by looking up their name.
I know of 2 friends playing on this site but when I try to challenge them I can't because I have to know their Email.
This would solve it.

There is a member list already, you need to click the little "+" icon to the right of the Community heading in the left side menu.
The list doesn't support searching yet unfortunately, but I plan to add that capability.
