I've got a problem. It was a tournament. I don't want to resign because it was second move but I lost game. What's wrong. I don't understand.

The system says you resigned, so perhaps you did so unwittingly. Puzzling, though, as that's not an easy thing to do.
Also, I think this should really be in Help & Support.
