Probably already asked, but how about starting the second round of a tournament as soon as the first round winners are determined? I.e., don't wait for irrelevant games to finish.

The second round of a tournament always starts when every game of the first round has been finished.

Yes, that is what I would like to change. Look at AUTO_OPEN-1415 for example. No matter what the result of the remaining 6 games, the same 5 will win their groups. It has been this way for a couple of weeks or so. Meanwhile the remaining games proceed at a snail's pace.
