Dude,
Queenalice is the best site for turn based chess, but there is an iPhone application that i am using it way more than queenalice. it is called Chess With Friends from ToyGames, and it is just so much easier to play on the iPhone than queenalice (which i have to open my brownser, and you have to admite that the page is too heavy for a 3G network).
My suggestion would be to produce an iPhone app or merge with these guys. their application in great.

As I don't have an iPhone, but trying to keep Bernardo's suggestion, I suggest a mobile version of QA - so it would run in iPhones and others smartphones. :)
