I have FIDE ELO and it´s 2048.

2048 is nothing to be ashamed of. I wish I had a rating that high!
I think the consensus is that Queen Alice rating plus 200 = FIDE Elo

lol... you probably mean QA minus 200 = FIDÉ.
Anyway, there are clear distorsions depending on the rating range (that is to say that the QA distribution is skewed [to the right] compared to that of FIDÉ's; ultimately, it means that a linear regression doesn't properly address this characteristic).

Well, I have a friend who is rated less than 2000 in FIDE, but here he has more than 2500. He isn´t cheater, I know him, he is a old man and really play very well. I know other who is rated in FIDE 2058 and here is 2264. So, it´s very dificult to verify FIDE and QA with accurancy. I agree that QA is FIDE plus between 200 - 400, it depends.
