Topic: how to open PGN file/program?

After downloading http://www.geocities.com/CollegePark/Lab/8799/downloads.html and xxx. pg-zip,
I was not able to open xxxx.PGN file. The message cames –in such
“Window wants to know what program created. this file”.
Please advise what should be done.
