I think 50 games is enough.
Analyze 50 games every 7 days is a great job.
Increasing this number would only lead to greater use of computers.

I doubt that those with lots of games are more likely to use a computer in their games. It would be a collassal waste of time.

If you have less time to analyze you're probably more tempted to use chess engines.
I prefer to have a few games and analyze them thoroughly.
But this is only an opinion.

To suggest playing more games promotes cheating is a rather weak argument. If someone is a cheater they will cheat no matter what. Personally I don't even think about it. if my opponents cheat that is their loss.

If we have sufficient penalties for cheating and they are well communicated to all then it should serve as a deterrent. I presume it is pretty easy to spot anyway.

I agree that the more games played the sloppier my playing style but I just like playing a bunch of moves rather than deep analysis for one or two. Deep analysis doesn't seem to help my rating anyways! :-D

I agree that those who play many games slows down the opponent's game.
My consideration is not an accusation against anyone who wants to play several games at once.
Sorry for my google-english
