would it be possible to have an autoflag set for tournament games? in http://www.queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=228 the one remaining game has been flagged for at least a week and the player who is out of time hasn't logged in since september

This was discussed in the past. It is up to the player to claim games when the opponent stops moving. The system does end abandoned games but only after the game was inactive for 30 days.

Similar thing in http://www.queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=311, but here there are two players, neither of whom seem to have logged on since the first move. Myself and the other player claimed the games that we could, but the two games where the absent players are playing each other are just dead, apparently for 30 days, presumably delaying the rest of the tournament.

The game philb refers to should be double forfeited, which would require the intervention of miguel, me thinks.

If possible, autoflag should automatically activate itself after 20 to 30 days from the last move. This way Miguel will not have to make anymore particular interventions and we can rest easy that our tournaments will not be delayed too long.

They do, there is a process that cleans up abandoned games after they have been inactive for 30 days.
