i had a game reinstated this morning v. a player who timed out on *friday*. this played consistently takes 6 days and 12 hours or so to make moves and he timed out fair and square. there was some site problems that morning, but can i use the same excuse to take back a move if i make a blunder?

The site was down for 6-8 hours, I verified on the server logs that he did try to contact the site during that down time to make his move.
I decided to reinstate the game to be fair with him.
