And when both players do not respond? Look in http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=836963: the tournament is stopped because it only remains to this game.
I have written for the support and for the players and there was no response.
The program should have the ability to cancel this game.

That's a bug. Tournament games are supposed to be cancelled after 30 days.
