It possible that elche will prove that this issue means far more to him than it does to me. In that event I will have to add a cluase that prevents an innocent party from having there total adjusted.

A value Gil's opinion.
Gil please understand that elche was not penalized. He did nothing wrong. I have counted all the games that he played. I did not count games that he did not play becuase bluetooth acccepted his game and immediately resigned. As a tested and licensed USCF Tournament Director I know that if either player fails to make a move the game is not rated. The player that forfiets is deleted from the tournament. The winner gets a full point but suffers in most tie breaking methods.

Oh elche was not kicked off the list. He asked to be removed. If I remove him people will think I have the most games in north america. number 11 will seem like he should be number 10. So I replaced his name with asterisks
