new to this great site and a very nice job you've done here miguel.
When posting an open game as white the ability to make the first move, instead of waiting for the accepting person to accept the game and then he/she wait for your first move...

That's the way it works already, as soon as you create the open game you can go ahead and make your move (if you play white).
