No, that would be great. Thanks! Considering I have his other book, he's already made some money off of me.  I log on via cable, so 5.2 mb is no big deal. OTOH, it would have been unthinkable with that 1200 modem I had first...not to mention filling the 40 MB hard drive...;-)

Against Caro-Kann Classical, after 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.Nxe4 Bf5 5.Ng3 Bg6 6.Nf3 Nd7 7.h4
h6 8.h5 Bh7 9.Bd3 Bxd3 10.Qxd3 Qc7, I prefer the aggressive 11.Rh4 over the more usual 11.Bd2.
