What's wrong with the present system? Just enter more tournaments, guys! Or issue challlenges for however fast you want. That's the beauty of QA the way it is now ;-)

How about 7 days plus 1 day per move, like in an increment game? This basically gives everyone one day per move, but there is a 6 day cushion.
