The WCC Anand vs Gelfand starts on 10.05.12.
Anand, nr.4 2791elo and the underdog gelfand,nr.20 2727elos.
anand was able to hold the title twice 2008 in his revaenchmatch vs wladimir kramnik in bonn, and 2010 vs
the winner of kandidatfinales und ex-fide-wc wesselin topalow in sofia.
boris gelfand won vs gata kamsky und alexander grischtschuk and qualified for this wcc.
The match will be played in moskau (london was planed but there were some problems)
the match will be played 10.05.12 till 31.05.12
12 games with 120 minuten time for the
first 40 moves, 60 minuten for the next 20 moves and 15 minuten plus 30 seconds per move for move 61 and above.
