Does anyone know a site, or service that provides game analysis. I am trying very hard to improve my game, but can't find anyone to hit me in the head and say,"look dummy, if you don't do that ever again, you wont lose as often...."

Check out www.chessgames.com, which has an online database of 350,000 games, but also has hundreds of forums for discussion and analysis. Amateurs and students often post games in The Kibitzer's Cafe, then other more experienced posters offer advice. The group tries to avoid stock phrases like "look dummy" to instead offer positive encouragement.
