No,
A yearly bank would mean, in case you time-out on a game automaticly holidays are added. That's not what we want.
It would only be nice if there was a way to stop your holidays, and the not used ones would be added again to your account.
On another chess-site I play it works like this:
You need holidays, you put your holiday-clock working. At all your current cames the clock stops running.
You stop your holidays and your holiday-clock stops as well and tells you how many holidays you've got left. All clocks of your games continue to work, starting with the time left at the moment you took holidays.
I think thats a nice system.

On another chess-site you put your holiday-clock and are not able to make any move. You need to stop holiday-clock to make some moves.

I think thats a nice system, too :-)

I agree noroc, that's a nice system too.
If fact, if you add holidays to your games, I think you shouldn't be able to make moves. What a holidays for?
But there are several site's were you can play during your holidays. That's up too the administrators of the servers I guess. On all the sites players like it this way and others like it the other way. Not such a big issue to discuss I guess.

I think your idea is best. However it is possible that one player could have 45 days availible fo a game and his opponent none. Also there should be a limit on the number of days used per game and based on the time control. It is not reasonable to use 45 days in a 10d/a game.
