Have a look at one of the following games:

All of them, except one which had one single move each, won by resignation without a single move. All of them are games marcomasa vs. marcomasão and marconilho vs. marcomasão.
As I found all of these games at the first page with finished games at the page of marcomasa and marconilho I did't bother to look at the pages of marcomasaõ, nor at pages further on. There much be a lot of these rubbish.
What I don't understand though, is what the player in question is trying to achieve. It does not look like upgrading the rating of one of his 3 names, because for example, one game he gives the victory to marconilho against marcomasa, and the other game he let marcomasa win from marconilho. Maybe he just want the number of finished games getting higher. But for which use?
But in those tournements it is different of course, as he can manipulate the groupresults. I only had a look at A.2743. Over there marconilho and marcomasaõ are in the same group.(marcomasa plays in another group.) He can slow down his games, wait for the results of his two opponents and his own results against these two opponent (under his two names) and see then which one of the two needs the points for winning the groupstage by offering the two games to one of his names.
But that equus, because of one cheater, let the time expire on all of his ongoing games in many tournements, is a disgrace as well. Hereby he is showing that he doesn't respect his opponents, of which the most are just honest chesslovers.

What can you do about this?
You could study lots of chess books, get better, and player in tournaments that exclude his low rating.
Or you could avoid tournaments he is in. Try to bethe lastto enter. If he is the last to enter, there will be only one copy of him in the tournament. Unless he has more personas you dont know about.

But it is important to let all members know. So in big print, "MARCOMASA IS A CHEAT!". Is that clear enough? Most clubs get rid of cheats, not put up with them hoping they'll go away.

You are right Jan,
but let all your tournement games expire is not the right way to do it. In that case you might influence tournement groupstage results as well. That is not cheating, but it ain't fare for those players who lost already a game against you in a certain group, while you offer the others the points for free.
