Obvious from looking at this game, someone rated at over 2200 is a hummmmmm game

This game dont show anything exept Wiske flyin start of a one game..
He play the game fine but Dorothy was perhaps in the sminking room thinking of other thing than chess.. ;-) (I can only see one error by Dorothy and that is a big one:15.Bc2?? game is lost after that..nothing to be done exept put mor lipstick on.. ;-)

I think it was in the early opening instead of useless 10. a3 it should have been knight move 10.Nxc5, funny white's opening yet seems he wanted to lose on purpose, wouldn't cost him anything at all plus what ever happen to playing the board? basic chess 101 but for someone rated master it's an obvious shame.. a given to establish an unrated from the begining...
