Topic: Losing game because was not notified of start!

Recently "lost" a round 4 tournament game I never knew had started!
I lost this game due to not being notified of new round starting and that it was my move.
I have all notifications turned on. My email address is correct. I searched my mail spam and trash folders..NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION WAS EVER SENT!

Well, it seems this is a problem, and has been for a while. And it is not being addressed. I won't be back here. I'm at chess.com as boilermakersrule if anyone want to come there and play.
