One against all with the all discussing moves, and playing one game, is called a Rest of the World match. A simul involves many games at once. 3403 games at once might be a world record if someone is foolish enough to attempt it.

I think the idea is similar to what's happening on chess-knights.net where the top player there is playing a game against all the others from the site. There is a forum where they all vote for the next move etc etc and it's a great way to learn.

Now this is something very interesting! Can we implement this here at QA too?
