As you surely know, there hasn't been an administrator on this site for a long time. So it's impossible for anyone to use any kind of control to disqualify unfair players.

Actually, for many games I've played, I have analyzed them using apps like Lichess or simply through the review analysis page on Chess.com. It turned out that the vast majority of players on this site with an ELO above 2300 use the same moves that Stockfish would make for more than 90% of the moves outside the opening book.

Amedeo, in fact, the percentage of precision (or equal choice of moves) of about 90 percent in the case of these players, does not have to prove anything in these cases, after all, e.g. Magnus Carlsen or grandmasters who are above 2600 ELO, often have a percentage of accuracy higher than 97-98 percent, and here they are mostly played by TC seven days per move, so it does not prove anything concrete, most of the best corr. chess players, can easily achieve accuracy of more than 95 percent by these time controls.
But you're right that a lot of players here use a chess engine, but I don't care, for example, I know that Sexxy_Bunny and Walbrodt used some of the strongest chess engines, but I used +6 days per move to think and analyze, and beat them both.
