Un nouveau membre veut s'inscrire en suivant toutes les recommandations d'usage, à savoir: rentrer une adresse mail valide et un pseudonyme et il n'a pas reçu de mail de validation>

After not receiving the registration confirmation, can he register normally on the QA site or not? Can he access his settings on the site? If he can, then the registration was successful. I'm not sure what exactly it's about, that should be a question for the site's administrator.
