I won a few games and my points are frozen.

In a situation where you're a provisional player (with a provisional rating) and you beat someone who's +400 rating points above your current rating, then (according to the current rules) there are no changes to your or your opponent's rating.
|
|
|
Surely beating someone 400 points above yourself will be baked into the rating pie hopefully 
|
