Other characteristic swiss tournaments are you never play whith a same player in a tournament. And you play white, black alternative.
It is interesting in tournaments because you play with players with your same level from three or four round, but how Miguel says, in Postal chess it is very longer and very difficult to carry out.

Also I think round robin sounds fair or you can do it by ratings
