Well, I can't ask people to like everything I do, or even share the same views on things that I have, so no need to apologize!
I will be adding the don't show my online state option very soon.

I love cc more than blitz also (basically because i make less blunders!), so i play more chess games in cc than blitz, but that doesn't mean i don't play blitz chess at all!
If slowly this GREAT and ENJOYABLE place can give us the oportunity to play online chess, i'm sure i will play more than one game.
If it's for privacy, i understand that Miguel gives us the oportunity to choose if we wnat to show us online. But remember that because you're online you don't have to play all the remaining games you have, you can take as much time as you want (well, as your clock want  )

Well, I'm not convinced about the green light, but I do welcome the idea of more instant features along with the correspondence features.

Yes, I now realize it was a mistake to rush the green lights without giving users a way to opt out of them.
In a day or so members will be able to hide their online status. Members will also be able to build lists of friends or members they want to ignore, to limit who can see your online state.

I like both real time and more leisurely play, so I'd enjoy features which help realtime play. I don't really have any opinion about the lights, though.
