There should be a place where players can sit and discuss their games after the game is over.....It is very essential...

Yes, comparing to OTB games, I miss here the post board analysis between the players.

However, a post-mortem feature would be nice.

Hello: Well, I think the idea would be to simulate what players do in OTB games agter the game: They repeat the moves, with the possibility to make comments after each move (explaining, for instance, the reason to have done them) and focusing in special moves with the possibility to study variations and so on.
The key point, I think, is the possibility of repeat the game, move by move with the possibility of adding comments. Yes, kind of a forum with board and so on.
