ESPAÑOL:
Hola de nuevo. Ahora que han empezado todas las partidas conviene que cada equipo nombre un Capitán y un Subcapitán (este actúa en ausencia, vacaciones, etc del primero).
El asunto no es trivial pues en la competición por equipo lo que cuenta es el resultado del equipo y el Capitán tiene las siguientes funciones:
a) Si a un jugador le ofrecen tablas, debe consultar con su capitan su aceptación o no, pues ello puede influir en el resultado final. Aunque la decisión final es siempre de cada jugador, el capitan puede dar su criterio en cuanto a lo que se debe hacer, teniendo en cuenta su valoración del resto de las partidas, etc. Naturalmente, lo unico que puede decir es: "Prefiero que sigas luchando", ..."El equipo necesita que sigas" ..."Las otras partidas van ... y lo mejor sería..." "Aceptalas o no segun tu criterio", etc...
b) Tambien hay que consultar a tu capitan antes de ofrecer tablas y de nuevo la decision final es de cada jugador.
c) El capitan tambien puede dar consejos cuando el match está acabando en el sentido de pedir arriesgarse a algunos jugadores (cuando sus partidas son las decisivas para el resultado final del equipo) o lo contrario (cuando baste no perder).
***Los capitanes del equipo Capablanca son Gerchurches (Capitan y cubano ¡como Capablanca!) y Csparrow (Subcapitan)***
Nosotros hemos escogido a jugadores de gran puntaje (para hacer su labor deben valorar posiciones correctamente).

Hi again: Now that all the matches have started, it should be convenient to have a Captain and a Second Captain (just in case the Captain is on holidays and so on).
This can be important as in a team match the final score of the team is what matters and the Captain has the following competences:
a) If a player is offered a draw, he should consult with his Captain, as to accept it or not may have consequences in the final score. Even in he final decission is allways of the player, the Captain may give his point of view, taking account of the rest of the games, etc. Obviously, the only thing he can say is "I prefer that you go on fighting",.... "The team needs you go on playing", ..."The other games are .... and the better thing would be....", "Follow your point of view in order to acceot or not the draw", and so on.
b) Any player should consult his Captain before offering a draw and again the final decission corresponds to the player.
c) The Captain may also give his opinion when the match is finishing, for example asking to risk some players (when their games are decisive for the final score) or the contrary (when it is enough with not losing).
The Captain of the Capablanca team is Gerchurches (also a cuban like Capablanca!) and Csparrow is our second Captain.
We have choosen players with high rating as his work implies to be able to make accurate valorations of some games.

RIVAS: No entiendo bien en tu mensaje cuales son las partidas terminadas y pareceria que todavia hay una no iniciada ¿Es asi?
